This database contains 7,388 names from the Toledo Health Department, Death Records Index, 1894-1897.  Each record contains the person\'s name, date of death, age, and page number for the original death record.  Copies of the death record can be obtained from the Toledo Health Department  Information on the Death Record would also include: nativity, address, place of interment, burial permit #, cause of death, occupation, and length of residence in the City.*NOTE: this index lists all persons who died between birth and 1 year of age as age 0.  In addition, there are a small number of persons who are listed as age 0 when the age was unkown, usually for someone who died elsewhere and was buried in Toledo.
